Lockout Devices Kit Description:

This lockout devices kit includes 3 Safety Padlocks numbered 1-3, 2 Lockout Hasps, 1 Nylon Hasp, 15 Loto Tags, 20 Nylon Ties, and 1 Lockout Tool Bag. The dimensions of the Lockout Bag are 4.1 inches in width, 8.6 inches in length, and 5.7 inches in height. It can be easily hung on the waist for convenience and has an adjustable width for belts ranging from 2.16 to 2.75 inches.

The kit also contains 3 Safety Padlocks measuring 1.4 inches in width, 0.75 inches in depth, and 3.5 inches in height. The personal lockout kit includes two keyed different padlocks to ensure reliable lockout safety, with one key for immediate use and a spare key. Each lock has a corresponding number that is laser printed for clear identification and management.

Additionally, there are 15 Lockout Tags measuring 5.7 inches in width and 2.9 inches in height, with a 5/16 inch hole for Loto locks. The tags' surface can be washed with water and reused multiple times. The kit also includes 2 Lockout Hasps: one measuring 1 inch and the other 1.5 inches, both with a 5/16 inch hole for Loto locks. These Hasps are made of vinyl-coated high tensile steel with rust-resistant plating.

Furthermore, a Nylon Hasp measuring 1.5 inches in width and 6.9 inches in length is included in the kit, with a 5/16 inch hole for Loto locks. It is made of composite nylon material that is explosion-proof and insulated. The kit also contains 20 heavy-duty Nylon Cable Ties measuring 5.9 inches in length for the application of LOTO tags.
